"Came here for the first time this evening. I ordered matcha stormy boba tea and strawberry horchata boba. I felt bad for the employee since he was working alone and had tons of orders. My order took 22 minutes from the time of purchase til it was ready. It would help if I could order in advance next time. Later I saw that I could order ahead with Door Dash, which I will probably use next time since I don't feel like waiting almost half an hour for a drink. The boba drinks tasted great, although I like mine sweeter than they were. I ordered at 6:12 pm, not sure if it was a busy time or what. Inside, there is only one small table and also no customer restroom available."

"Purchased: veganized Vietnamese coffee, veganized brown sugar milk boba (with coconut milk)/ Lychee drink with aloe vera My husband got the Vietnamese coffee and it was alright, not bad. I ordered the brown sugar milk boba which the employee said he'd never made with coconut milk so he wanted me to try it first before leaving and it was super sweet and curdled which I will not put fault on the store for that at all lol, I just wouldn't recommend anyone try it. The employee offered to make me a different drink so I ordered the lychee drink and it tastes like chemicals, like a drinkable vape juice... So basically the drinks were not great in my opinion, but feel free to try it yourself. The staff was awesome for sure so that makes me feel willing to give them a second chance."

"This is the slowest experience I've ever had. I understand that it's Saturday and there are more customers during lunch time, but holy cow, this was unbearably slow. The employees couldn't seem to keep track of the orders, and people's drinks sat behind the counter for 30+ minutes. If they focused instead on just making the drinks and getting them out to the customers, it would be much faster! But since they are trying to make sure each order comes out together, they lose track of people's drinks, and it takes forever. TL;DR - the tea isn't tasty enough to wait that long."

"R&B Tea offers delicious drinks for all tastes. The staff is polite and professional. The facility is clean, quiet, and provides a cozy setting to enjoy your purchase. On a beautiful sunny day, I suggest you enjoy your beverage outdoors."

"First and foremost, this place is not truly authentic Boba and/or Milk Tea.... But that is okay! This place is a decent Boba Tea shop. It has a few (but not a lot) varieties and the pricing is affordable but there was nothing wow'ing me about their tea. Coming from Seattle, where there are bunches of boba flavors and add-ons, this place did not really impress. It is convenient if you are shopping or waiting for food at a nearby restaurant, but inconvenient if you are just searching for a boba shop as you have to fight/wait to find a parking spot in the mall parking lot. It does have indoor and outdoor seating which gives patrons options for enjoying their beverages. If you are looking for boba, this place is not a bad choice to check out if you are already parked and are doing other things around the mall."
