"I waited for 30 minutes (I’m not exaggerating I timed it) for my small Mac and cheese and 1 single sandwich. I’m not sure why it took so long because there was no one else in line when I got there. I saw 2 other customers get served before me when they got the same amount of food. I was pretty frustrated that it took so long. $25 for not much food and 30 minutes of waiting around when I had a simple order and arrived during a slow time. They also were out of the bread my favorite sandwich comes on. This happens almost every time I go to Panera so I thought this time I’ll go earlier. I went at 4PM and they still were out of it. I’ll take my business elsewhere!"

"Love this place Good selection of healthy food. Soup and sandwich. Hot or cold beverage. Plenty of parking and seating inside or outside on a beautiful CA day!! Fun place to meet someone special or just to be alone and eat. Delicious food. It is my go to place right after church. Love that is clean bright and quite."

"2 spoons of rice for a $15 bowl, rice undercooked and can barely find quinoa in the bowl. Disaster is an understatement. Have some ethics on charging $15 for this stuff and the response from the lady at the store was "now you know what not to order next time", great Having a great looking app doesn't mean you can serve poor and little food"

"The place was generally clean. Tables were not bused after customers left their trays & trash. Someone did start cleaning and just randomly left the broom and dustpan in the dining room at a table. He came back 10+ minutes later to resume cleaning the crumbs from under the tables. I had an ant crawl on me while sitting in one of their comfy chairs. I saw a fly buzzing around in the bakery case. I got a plain toasted bagel with cream cheese. Horrible bagel. The cream cheese was good. I got an iced coffee with my sip club membership. That was good. It was freshly brewed. The cashier was polite."

"A kids meal and one adult meal with drinks cost $38 for lunch. I think that kinda high for what you get. The drink selections are good and lots of people like to hang out. But the portion size are kinda small. I guess I just not a big fan."
