"First time at this location, was a very positive experience. Will return"
"Truly wishing every business had someone like Martha working for them. She is kind, efficient, accountable, showed integrity and treated her co workers with respect. Thank you."
"I’ve never been to a Starbucks where the person behind me get an order before me… I go here EVERRRRRYYYDAAAAY and yet they can’t show good customer service. I ask for the same thing everyday a carmel deal extra Carmel & either cheese danish or baba nut bread & a cup of ice… Why do I get the frap only than have to wait for the next persons order to be done so I can get my food & the cup of ice ? does not make sense. Train those little girls please some people don’t care about anything but customer service."
"Didn’t catch the guys name but I was literally standing in front waiting for him to take my order for 1O mins. I understand that it gets busy, but at least be polite and say “I’ll be right with you.” After he walked up to the counter he was just staring at me. I walked up to the counter and he didn’t bother to greet me. I had to greet him. Ask him if he’s ready to take my order. I’m not sure if he is being discriminating towards me or if he does this to other people too. P.S. the drink he made me went straight in the trash. I understand sometimes people have a bad day, but dang man. My boy needs to get a new job! that coffee he made me was so watery."
