Juice It Up!

"I come here a lot, normally the girls are always nice but today the girl didn’t want to help take my order because she was telling her coworkers she wanted to clock out. i had to ask for my receipt because she didn’t offer, she told me no because she already clicked out of the screen which was pure laziness and rude. i’ve worked in food and customer service for over a decade i know how easy it is to go back in the system to reprint the receipt but it’s the principle of how rose and lazy she was from the start. we all have rough days and want to go home doesn’t meant you take it out on the next person you see you have no idea what these people may be going through. i hope she gets out of customer service or changes her attitude towards people. happened around 3:50 pm i didn’t get her name because she refused to give me even the bare minimum service."

"Disappointed by overall experience. Store itself was extremely dirty, I tripped over the torn up decal on the floor, there were nats in the windows and employees were very low energy and not welcoming at all. Sad."

"This place is looking really run down the floors are super dirty! And the bathrooms is horrible the toilet is super dirty and the trash doesn’t even have a bag inside. Didn’t look like this before not sure if new ownership but a simple mop or just a nice deep clean the floors have dirt built up on the sides looks gross."

"I love JIU. Overall, I'm disappointed how dirty and run down this location is. The outside needs a pressure washing, the windows are covered in tape residue and the inside is in need of cleaning and a refresh on the walls, floors and decor. Just looking from the outside, it would almost appear closed. I hope with the new Home Depot coming in this JIU will clean up and freshen up the business."

"Excellent options and choices for juices, smoothies etc. Loved all three me and my two friends got this trip. Staff were friendly and eager to answer questions. Will be back."
