"This Starbucks and staff go above and beyond in service, product quality, cleanliness, overall kindness. Plus the coffee is addicting due to the quality and consistency of products. Today I went through the drive up and the app was not working and the Starbucks staff comped my drink- it made my day and is outstanding customer service. My favorite Starbucks around. Thank you for your outstanding work!"

"New location, very large and spacious with lots of seating! A very modern feel with lots of light and air. The coffee was typical Starbucks coffee with friendly barista’s and easy parking. Definitely one of the nicest Starbucks I’ve been in!"

"I am a partner at Starbucks myself. And I just moved across the street so I have frequented this location. All of the morning crew are nice and when I come by to get my mark out or get my coffee they always help me out. And I’ve met and had a coffee tasting with the manager. Now here’s the issue, that always creates a negative experience for me. I walk here and rarely bring my id with me. I have my Starbucks app But as a rehire I hadn’t taken the time to add my numbers again, however I’ve not met more opposition. The manager at this store has used my Starbucks app with my name on it as proof. However for some reason night crew is not only rude when I come in and barely greets or says anything to me, but has an issue accepting my numbers as I don’t have my id with me. Not only have I showed them my Starbucks app, or my actual pay stubs downloaded on my phone out of convenience. That’s what bothers me most because not only do I not carry my id with me because I walk a lot but I have met them half way with giving them other opportunities to prove my identity if they really think I’m trying to scam Starbucks. I’ve always had an issue with this Starbucks and their night crew, but it never happens to me in the morning."

"Brand new location, additional training obviously needed. Food just thrown together unevenly. Girl at the counter was extremely rude to the person in front of me when she simply asked for her drink to be filled (it was fairly low when initially given to her)."
