"This Starbucks was pleasant to visit in particular because of how fast the service was and how delicious the drinks were! Also, the shop was very clean and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I only got a small coffee but it was packed with delicious ingredients made to my specific instructions which gave me the greatest delight I could ask for in terms of coffee. Thank you Starbucks!"

"I don't understand why I order a grande white mocha,hot...I get hot chocolate. This has happened several times and unfortunately on those times I did not try it before getting on the 215 to go to work, or I would have gone inside. So disappointing starbucks!!!!"

"I've stopped here multiple times and have started noticing the habit of whenever I ask for light ice they seem to give me extra ice. At first I just thought someone just didn't pay attention.... but now it seems intentional being that it has happened multiple times and they give me more ice then when I don't even ask for light ice. "This Starbucks is off the 215 Fwy off the Murrieta Hot Springs exit in the Burlington shopping center with drive-thru and plenty of parking. Today I had a "Pink Drink" which is a Strawberry Acai Refresher w/accents of Passion Fruit & creamy Coconut Milk, perfect for this hot day. The drink was pretty satisfying but this location's drive-thru lacks customer service pretty bad, not even a "hello" or "thank you" in fact I had to ask for my total so I could pay which makes it awkward."

"I gave 4 stars because most of the time I get excellent customer service. Today, unfortunately they didn't get my drink correct. Has happened a few times. It is very annoying! This is not a London Fog as ordered, it is just tea."
