"The store is spacious, great place when after a meal you still craving a dessert. The strawberry one was my choice, so good and not too sweet. Will definitely visit next time!"
"This place is very disorganized and unprofessional. I've been wanting to visit for quite some time with my children but the hours of operation have been extremely inconsistent. There have been various changes to their hours of operations and the cafe and site do not properly reflect accurate business hours, what's worse is calling only to hear the phone ring. No one ever answers. There is no prompt when calling that provides any business information such as business hours, which is standard practice. I visited today at 11 AM as the cafe hours of operation states it opens at 11 AM today. Upon arriving at 11 AM with a large group of hungry children, I noticed staff inside the cafe. However, the door was locked and the lights were off. I thought they were running a bit behind. After quite some time passed it was evident they had no intentions of opening the cafe. I am in a group with a person with a disability. It is extremely hot today. It is completely inconsiderate, disrespectful and unprofessional that a staff member would watch my group through their window waiting outside the establishment without notifying us that there was a change to the business hours.Doing so is just common courtesy. I finally knocked on the door and was told the hours changed and the cafe would be opening at a later time due to staffing issues. The hours should've been updated in advance so patrons such as myself do not waste their valuable time making a blank trip. This isn't the first time the hours of operations have been changed at the drop of a dime. Considering that this place just opened, I'm wondering how long the business will last with this level of unprofessionalism."
"We ordered a mango cheesecake and a Oreo croffle. The waiting was pretty long, almost half an hour. The portion of the cheesecake was tiny, about the size of a palm. My two kids were very impatient. The food was delicious, but the waiting wasn't worth it. Also, they gave us plastic utensils when we were dining in. I will recommend this cafe to people who have time and are patient."
"When entering the restaurant, I was informed that each pancake order would take approximately 25 minutes. However, I ended up waiting closer to an hour for our $15 order of cold pancakes that unfortunately tasted overwhelmingly like eggs. Additionally, it's worth noting that they also don't provide water, seemingly to encourage customers to purchase one of their drinks. The quality of the food did not match the price point, and I would recommend skipping this place and trying Burnt Crumbs instead if you're in search of delicious souffle pancakes."
"I was here for their soft opening. They offered me and my friend to try their menu. I loved the ambience. It's pancake color theme, so cozy and warm. I tried their original, tiramisu and strawberries flavors. The pancakes were light and fluffy, topped with whipped butter cream and flavored drizzle and fruits, also served with canadian maple syrup for the original. The presentation was just cute! For drinks, they offered us coffee and match latte. They told us that they are the first shop in CA. They have other locations in Canada, NY and the UK. Their ingredients are from Canada and Japan! This is gonna be a great spot for a weekend treat, breakfast, or brunch in the area."
