"Waited 36 min for my food. Came out extra crispy. Food is not the same anymore. The atmospheres depressing. Not coming back here anymore. Rather go to peter Piper."
"I found staff to be very attentive and patient. They might not be very smiley and perky but I think it’s more important to be attentive. I had originally rated the food 4 stars because the pizza was pretty good but we also got salads and after two plates of salad and an emergency stop the a random restroom on the way home I realized that they either didn’t wash the lettuce or they didn’t wash their hands. If you don’t mind maybe pooping yourself on your way home then you’ll enjoy the salad bar. I’m not a huge fan of all the new screens throughout the establishment. The animatronics are gone and replaced with a wall sized screen. We like to limit screen time for our little and did not appreciate the new addition. We decided not to sit next to the giant screen but there were still TVs in the other dining area so it was hard to avoid."
"Honestly horrible. I miss the real Chuck E. Cheese, the one with the animatronics and such. This literally sucked so bad I wanted to actually cry. The workers seemed so miserably depressed it was like they’d never seen a smile in their lives, not very welcoming at all. They messed up my order by giving me pepperoni pizza when I ordered cheese. They DESTROYED the animatronics with hammers to replace it with a stupid tv screen and “dance stage” that literally nobody even was on. It was so disappointing, we need the animatronics back. Especially Helen Henny. I miss it. Also it took so long for the food to come. At the drink fountains majority of the drinks weren’t even working. Literally I wouldn’t have even minded half of this if the animatronics were there. The stupid replacement tv puppets were extremely creepy, 100 times more scary than the animatronics EVER were. Can’t even begin to explain how much I hate the false advertising of “new better place” their “renovations” were literally just removing the animatronics and making things more modern when it really ruined the whole idea of what Chuck E. Cheese is."
"Came to celebrate my niece birthday , It says you guys renovated the place but it’s horrible the only renovated places is the birthday area , I had my sons birthday party here before and never had a problem , but today was such a bad experience , I spent 60$ something on 2 play cards today and most of the games where not working , they were broken , short staff you couldn’t get someone to come fix it or care , I would tap and it would say loading but the games wouldn’t start , it was literally more then half the machine that were just jammed up, I couldn’t even get a refund or credit it was such a waste of money , my son was so disappointed , the only great thing today was the pizza tasted good but the fries were some still not fully cooked , also I felt like a piece of cake is over priced , I spend 10$ on one slice . Crazy. I won’t be bringing my kids to Chuck E. Cheese anymore , if I’m going to spend a good amount of money for arcades I expect them to be working . Oh and plus some little boy had thrown up & no one cleaned it up,&. I was there till closing ."
"Where kids can definitely be a kid! Lots of play area and games. They actually have two very large game areas and the showroom was large too. Except the animatronics and games weren’t working. Location. Parking is quite tight and limited."
