Thank You Coffee

"Really cute small cafe with stationary and unique, tasty drinks, nestled into the touristy Chinatown plaza. Their unique drinks are definitely their greatest strength, ranging from their hojicha latte to Five Spice "MSG" latte. I had their house latte, the You're Welcome, which was a heart warming sweet blend of lapsang souchong (camellia), chicory pecan bitters, and espresso. My initial impression was "bacon" which gradually mellowed into a more soothing, herbal flavour. As strange as that sounds, it was really good, and an experience I've never had before. I'm coming back for sure to try out their other drinks as well. Definitely recommend."

"First time visiting was on October 28, 2023. I entered around 11am, no line was present, other than two people ordering. I was met with a small but vast shop containing several neat items and gifts such as birthday cards, and cards for any special occasion. I grabbed a couple cards just Incase, my favorite one was the animals holding a birthday balloon. Other cool items such as pens, notebooks, and such are available. The coffee menu is not large, therefore it’s great and to the point. My friends and I ordered the drip coffee, matcha, and pour over. The pour over was just right, not burnt therefore bringing out the notes of fruits. The drip coffee and matcha latte were good as well. If you are reading this far, I recommend grabbing a drink then roam around Chinatown, it’s relaxing during the morning. This coffee shop presents both a craft and coffee shop, so while you wait for your order you can look around to see what neat stuff the shop has to offer. I would recommend this place for anyone who is near the area. Cool cat stamped coffee cups too, just be careful because they do bleed if wet. - E.J.M."

"The art of a special café can be found at Thank You Coffee. The space is special. You will leave with a great latte, cappuccino or pour over and most definitely a big happy smile. The staff are engaging and most helpful if you are looking to try or explore something different. A few times I have had a cortado or cappuccino because their espresso is spot on delicious. Most recently I tried a couple of the pour-over one from Ecuador and the other from Costa Rica. The Space is shared with the Paper Plant Co. A creative stationary company. The space may seem small but the good vibes inside is XXL here people gather to socialize, work, and relax. When looking for a reset, getaway or adventure you can be sure your Café experience at Thank You will be exceptional."

"I've been meaning to stop at this Chinatown coffee shop for ages and finally got the chance on my way back from court downtown. Adorable shop that shares space with an equally adorable stationary store. Lots of interesting special type of drinks, many I'd never seen before. If you are an la coffee completist I'd imagine their five spice latte is a must."

"I love this coffee/stationary store!! The interior is small but very cute. There are a couple small tables outside but no indoor seats. I got matcha with whole milk and sweetened. I really enjoyed it. As far as parking, I didn't have a problem parking on the streets. There were a lot of street parking spots. I would recommend!"
