"This particular Philz is ALWAYS busy, but they do a pretty good job at getting your drinks prepared fast. The quality and taste of their food and drinks is consistent. It seems to be a popular place to have meetings or get some work done."

"I love Philz (so much I order the beans online & it’s my go to coffee anytime I’m in town) but today was 0/5. There was a miscommunication where my food wasn’t out but my app told me to go find a specific person, when I asked who that person was they barked back “your food will be over there when it’s ready” ok fine, they start snickering when I say I wasn’t trying to be rude. The cherry on top was him throwing my food on the counter and walking away. The miscommunication and snickering about your customers is one thing, but to throw my food and walk away annoyed is absolutely insane. All because my app told me I was supposed to find someone and then I apologized because I didn’t want to come off as someone who doesn’t pay attention to signs lol. Super disappointing."

"Ordered Jacob’s wonderbar and Liked it. Tested good! The interior design is good. They have outdoor seating as well. However, the seats and tables were not very clean. They can do a better job on this. The receptionist getting the orders (Asian origin lady) could be more professional. Overall, it is a good coffee shop to visit."
