"it says opened 24 hours then why is there a problem ordering a green smoothie at 8pm? The Spanish lady working there said her arm hurt and she did not want to make the green smoothie? Then why is she getting paid to work there if she isn't able to get the job done. There are no signs or are no mentions that smoothies cant be served at a certain time anymore….. disappointed with the service"

"It used to be my favorite donut place, but they have changed staff so often that it doesn't feel the same. Many are central American people with no english and it is hard for some foxes to place their order. I used to have business meetings in this location but the amount of homelessness has increased compared to the amount of people that now work there. Now they only have one person at night time. Many of the staff left have no experience and know practically nothing about bakery. The kitchen is more messy and dirty counters. Like underneath the bagels is always dusty, on the floor you can see trash and sticky floors. Windows are not clean as often as well. I believe it changed owners or something like that because it is a mess. Wish them luck!"

"So whenever I go in the night it'd amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 The lady already knows my order, she toasts my bagel perfectly, and she is so sweet. But today I went at 8:50am 7/23/23 And this woman with curly hair and red glasses ignored me or didn't hear me the first time I ordered from her. Even though she directly looked at me. She proceeded to give me an attitude the entire time I ordered like it was my fault??? Yet she treated the next customer very nicely. All I wanted was to get a couple things for my family and this happens. Totally a bad start to my day!"

"Stopped by just after midnight and the donuts were actually fresh. They were also delicious. Parking is a little tight but it is LA. Definitely recommend for late night munchies. The coffee drinks and shakes/smoothies were also pretty decent. Have not had the sandwiches yet but I definitely will next time I’m in LA."
