"My son tried ordering food inside and was told that they are ONLY Kiosk now. He asked how do you use this and no employee NOR MANAGER - Alejandro would assist in placing order. He was going to travel to another McDonald's but decided to go thru the drive thru and even drive thru employee's didn't know how to process the order. Manager didn't even have the corporate phone number to file a complaint. Horrible service and horrible customer service!!"

"I went inside the Store to get my order faster, I approach the counter and asked the team member if she could take my order and rather she explain to me that I needed to do it digital and that she was going to teach me how to do it, I explained to her that I left three kids in the car and I was in a rush and even though I explain that I had three kids in the car, she wouldn’t take my order; she mentioned that it was against the rules. Therefore, someone else came out to teach me how to do it rather than taking my order as time was going by which it didn’t make no sense because they had enough time to take my order while I had my three kids inside the car and by then more than 15 minutes as went by. Furthermore, I realized that they didn’t have any idea what costumer service is."

"It's a typical Mcdonald's, it just lacks life inside. The drive through is busy and they have a lot of food that is ordered on Apps so they are busy, but not a lot of people there. Unusual."
