"First time here. Waiting for 20 minutes in what turned it to be the mobile orders. Upsetting to see my order towards the back, the see me here but don't say anything. Food was cold. I explained it was my first time ordering and didn't know where the pick up was at. There are no signs where to pick up. After requesting if they were able to warm up my food, receiving my food with an attitude "is this yours?". I guess we both started off with a bad day. I think the most upsetting is they seem me looking for my food in the counter instead of them saying orders were towards the back."
