"I like Dunkin' Donuts and all but this location (and a few others) are apparently understaffed! It seems they have replaced humans with kiosks and don't have anyone to help you at the counter. And guess what, the kiosk doesn't take cash and not everyone has a credit card! There should ALWAYS be someone at the counter to take an order for a real Legit customer walking in who should have PRIORITY over Lazy people ordering stuff from drive through, online pickup or delivery! A note to Dunkin Corporate and Franchise owners: DON'T BE CHEAP!! HIRE SUFFICIENT STAFF AND DON'T REPLACE HUMANS WITH MACHINES! STOP SUPPORTING PEOPLE TO BE LAZY and let them drive to your locations, get out of their car and walk in like a normal human!"

"Omg. 7 people working at 9am. I had to use the kiosk. I was the only person in there. They sold me a Cold old donut and warm coffee. I went back and asked for another. They said NO. Absolutely the worst service. The coffee tasted like paper. This building is being wasted by Dunkin’ Donuts. Shame on you Dunkin’s"

"I want to make sure I preface this by saying that I am completely fine with cashless establishments. I think they make sense. I believe that it's easier for business purposes. With that said, Dunkin, in particular, has done an incredible job advertising, which establishments are pick up only. This Dunkin has 0 signage stating it doesn't take cash. There was not a single person helping the older women make orders. When I asked if I could pay cash, I was told they're cashless and only accept card. Not a single sign on the outside. Not in the app. Not inside the store. It was very frustrating for someone who didn't have a card. I did end up being able to purchase a caramel macchiato. It was alright. It wasn't made per the instructions, but it wasn't bad."

"I love the donuts, they are sooo delicious. The refreshers are awesome as well. The service is great, the staff is extremely friendly. And they are cashless."

"Not the greatest experience, I know this location is fairly new, but they were fully staffed. My order took about 20 min. It was only 1 item. I keep seeing the customers that ordered after me get there order first. Manager kept telling me it was almost ready. When I finally got my order and left, I took a bite into my donut, there was a piece of plastic in it!!!!!!!! I don’t think I’ll come back again."
