"If I could give them a 0 star I would. I went into the store on 11/18/2023. I don't know if the cashier didn't like me or what so ever, but they never called out my name to hand out my drink. I wasn't paying much attention but sure they never called out my name, instead the cashier called the guys bame who had order after I did as soon as she called J****** name, I saw a drink that seemed mine and she called me with the next quote "ooh you're drinks ready" am like wth? What did I do wrong? I have been standing here a couple of minutes and they havent even called my name. I had been to this specific location many times before and the atmosphere, vibe and service was quite smooth, chill and I can say even cool. I know Starbucks employees don't get paid much, but if you are not a "people's" person don't work in customer service or if you got something personal with a customer, don't work in retail or food service. One of my favorite Starbucks, but the rude manner and ways, nope. 0 ***** for this location."

"Of all the Starbucks I've visited this is the first store I was made uncomfortable due to the odor in the room. As soon as I walked through the door instead of smelling coffee it was though I could smell the room. It's hard to describe, kind of a mild "old diner" odor. After getting my food and coffee I sat at one of their low tables and immediately saw why. Throughout the store the floor looked as though it hadn't been mopped in days, and if it had been it wasn't a very thorough job. On the pro side the restroom was one of the cleanest I've found in any location I've visited, and unlike other stores the Women's restroom has two stalls. Also, instead of having a separate restroom for employee's they had both a Men's and Women's restroom which at least from what I've seen in Los Angeles is rare. Unfortunately the next time I'm in the vicinity I won't be going back there. The odor was a turnoff."

"I come to this starbucks everytime ! Even tho they always taking my order wrong!!!! But today i had enough there's always something missing in my order and when i get to the window they always give me attitude!! Like todday i went i order two cookie crumble chocolate chip frappe and two cookies and cream cake pop ! I get to the window and they only gave me 1 cookie and cream cake pop and 1 cookier crumble chocolate chip frappe i told them i had order two and two they madr me my 2nd drink and they gave it tp me all messy with a broken lit it was dropping all over my clothes and car the guy seen that and didn't bother to offer me napkins until i ask him for some napkins it seem they got bother because i told them i had order 4 items so im guessing thats wht they gave me my 2nd drink all messy they didn't gave it to me for free for them to act like that i paid for my items so i expect something good and great service!!! And this is everytime i come through drive thru , theres times i even have to come back because they be giving me something wrong or there is always something missing the girls in there they're always laughing being loud!! I love this place because they actually take out the orders quick BUT there's always something wrong in my order!!!!!"
