"The people who work here are so patient and so nice. I have so much respect for them. When I went, there were three people, a girl with black hair, a girl with blonde hair, and a guy with dark brown hair. A man who clearly had some sort of developmental disability was ordering and the blonde girl was so extremely patient with him even though he was holding up the line, and everyone else was also being pretty patient. The black haired girl helped open a new register to help clients. They accidentally missed a coffee on my order but the brown haired guy was able to fulfill it super quick for me anyways. LA is full of chaos and people in a rush to be everywhere but here people took the time to be patient and considerate. I hope this is enough info for the manager to reward these specific employees. Great teamwork, great energy, really positive experience, and I never say that when I have to wait for my coffee!!"
