"I went to Starbucks and asked for a Frozen Strawberry Açaí Lemonade. When I got my drink I realized that it wasn’t frozen. So I told them that I had said frozen but supposedly they didn’t hear me. I told them to give me a new one, but all they did was blend it and thought I was dumb enough not to realize realize. Overall the place is ok. The drinks are decent, and the customer service is not that good."

"One of the slowest Starbucks I been to. Not sure if it’s due to Covid or what, it takes a good 30 mins just to get your drink here trough the drive thru. Avoid this place. It’s a nightmare. The one East in Telegraph in Downey it’s way faster and way less busy. Edit: service speed is getting better. Staff is more friendly as well."

"9pm and we couldn’t even use the restroom. I had my elderly mother in law and nothing. Worst intersection off the freeway. It clearly says open. Update ur information so people won’t stop there anymore. Terrible. Everyone was drinking their stuff outside. How awkward. Won’t be returning I wanted to purchase as well. Good thing I didn’t finalize my order. I’ll take my business elsewhere."
