"I placed an order of tamales the night before Christmas eve. Evelyn was very polite ,friendly and most of all very helpful with my order. I even received a phone call from her letting me know that my order was going a be a bit delayed. That's what I call high end great customer service. Thank you Evelyn."

"Very bad service Going there for a couple of days In the morning And the ladies in the back just talking About you and laughing While preparing they're food I bought A bread with beans Was very very sloppy and cold!!! And I paid $7 for it Need to treat people friendly because we spend money there It's not like you guys give out free bread I spent $17 Because I bought sweet bread After I seen a fly on the bread I think I'm going somewhere else with my money"
