Starbucks 1401 Alameda Street, Los Angeles, CA 90021

"Waiting in the drive thru 28 min and they got my order wrong. I arrived at 230am, and there was a line of 7 cars There's usually only 2 or 3 cars when I come at that hour. I figured something was going on, but I have no choice it's the only 24 hours Starbucks around. Very disappointing. This location has a high turnaround of employees I rarely get the same person. It's nice when you have the same person and they know your order ahead of time and they get it right every time."

"I have an extremely painful bladder condition that sometimes necessitates urgent restroom access. I’m also a very frequent and long-time Starbucks customer who often depends on the company for bathrooms. This location had not one but TWO bathrooms marked “Employees Only” and associates would not let me use the restroom even after I explained my condition. I went next door to Jack in the Box (which Starbucks employees did not take the time to recommend), and even though they have a customers only policy, they still let me use their restroom for free. Shame on this location for completely failing people with chronic illness and disability. And shame on Starbucks for letting this happen."

"Barista was extremely rude. Got refused service for asking for sweetener on the side and got interrupted and cut off multiple times. When we asked the barista for her name to report her to corporate she refused to give her name, I wonder why. However their name tag is suppose to be visible at all times but she removed hers. Starbucks will be getting a lawsuit because why are you refusing service to an African American person ? They left their milk out for over ten minutes and they all just went to the back. This is on January 9, 2024 at around 12.15 am. This shift better know I am reporting each and every single one of you guys. They also refused to help over ten cars that were in line- all because they refused to help me. You all have discriminated and broken multiple Starbucks policies. I will be reaching out to the district manager because that is unacceptable."
