"Employees are too busy yapping loudly with each other to pay attention to customers. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes in plain sight of the staff without anyone asking what I wanted."
"It’s always a hit and miss with the strawberry berry acai, most of times it comes out watery, you can tell by the color it comes out too. Stop being stingy with your sweeteners. I don’t like sugar that much but last time 2 times I was literally drinking water with 3 strawberry’s, I would appreciate it if you look at the color of your refreshers. Other than than that employees are always nice."
"I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a long time and have never had a problem until now. On their website and door it says they open at 5:30 am. I made an order at 6:40 am and they didn't open until 7:00 am. I didn’t get my drink until 7:20. They were doing one at a time and no organization at all with only 2 employees. I would have preferred to be notified that the store would not be open until 7 so I would have went to another location."
