"Food is so horribly salted to such an extreme that it will turn someone who doesn't care about sodium into someone who does. Individual items may be over an entire day's sodium intake. Drive thru is great, often quick. People are great. Company is an issue but the coffee works."

"I wish I could give negative stars. I rarely leave reviews, because what's the point. However today I am infuriated that I ordered a Venti Iced Carmel Brûlée Latte & a Venti Cafe Americano. I received the cafe Americano but for the Latte, I received a LITERAL cup of ICE. I often door dash because I don't have time to sit in the long lines there with my work schedule. I paid 12 dollars for a cup of ICE."

"Very unpleasant, When I go to Starbucks. It to ha e a nice refreshing moment. I purchased myself a drink. I also pushed a drink and 2 deserts for my children. When paying . I received 1 drink with caramel all over the outside. No bid deal. Then the window said my card didn't go through. The man handed me more napkins. I re entered my card n payment went through. I left forgetting the 2 deserts . I called when I got home. To my surprise the manager who said her name is ALEX. Was very rude and unhelpful. She told me I needed a specific day to come back and receive the items. Which I wasn't aware of when it would be convent. I then asked for a refund and she became more difficult telling me I would need the exact time . I was paying at the drive thru. I had a approximate time 15 min. Ago. . She then muted the phone and would help me . I hung up called back and still no help.."
