"NO PLACE TO SEAT AND ENJOY YOUR COFFEE! This review is based solely on my experience and personal opinion. I went to this Starbucks coffee shop on a Saturday afternoon the 19th of November 2021. DRINK/FOOD: I ordered a Latte and a chocolate pastry to go. LATTE was ok, not a great flavor and he gave me a Jam filled pastry instead of a chocolate one. STAFF: the guy was super slow, and he did something I did not appreciate.... while he was fixing my Latte a couple of people he knew walked in, he dropped my Latte got their order and made their drinks first. so rude and unprofessional. PLACE: this Starbucks is in a Supermarket, so has no sitting area and since is located at the very entrance you always have a crowed of confused people that do not know where to stand in line or where the line starts. LOCATION: This Starbucks is just few minutes away from Point Fermin Park which is an amazing place, which allows you to go grab your Coffee and then drive to the park and enjoy the magnificent view. CONCLUSIONS: Starbucks makes billions of dollars and yet you have locations like these. it amazes me..."
