"First time here! I placed my order over the Phone for pick up. My office is always looking For new places. Beyond the food being Excellent and fresh, our server was very accommodating and gave me extra love. Kudos to Tamara for her outstanding service. This place was awesome. I had a two hour Wait while having my car repaired. Food was great and plenty of it ! Service was spot on and friendly with Plenty of coffee refills. The place was cute And clean.The bathrooms spotless!"

"One of the worst experiences I have with is airport location. First, we waited nearly 30 minutes to get one bagel and when asked for a cup of hot water with our own cup, they not only charge but give you only half cup. Bagel was burnt coming out. Staff just have poor attitudes."

"Stood in line for 20 minutes just to be told that I needed exact change. $16.78 tab and I was paying with a $20. I understand if I was trying to pay with a $100, but seriously. They wouldn't give me my order cause I didn't have the exact change."

"Average experience today. The line was quite long as they are one of the few places that open at 4:00 am. The line moved slow. When we arrived at the front to order, the employee was efficient but spoke very quietly and was hard to hear. The wait for the food was a little longer than expected, taking the line and early hour into consideration. We noticed that the employee calling out order names for pickup was very soft spoken and this caused quite a bit of confusion. Many people were looking at each other and asking if they had heard the name that was called. This caused a few people several extra minutes as they tried to sort out the orders. Our sandwiches, the All Nighters, were good, but hastily put together with all the bacon on one side of the sandwich. The temperature and taste were good. Nice choice for the airport early, but lots of opportunities for improvement."
