"Just needed a quick caffeine boost for my layover, since I don't care for Starbucks I stopped here instead. Man, what a disappointment. Noone behind the counter was friendly or helpful. I asked for recommendations on a cold coffee and the girl behind the register with an attitude said "cold brew" then proceeded to walk away to grab something. There were two more employees behind the counter were too busy talking to care much as well. They set my drink down with an attitude as if they couldn't be bothered. Then when I asked for a straw, again I got an attitude and they just pointed towards the 2 straws that were hard to see on the counter. I work in customer service as well, so I understand that days can be stressful. But don't treat your customers as if they are bothering you when they're paying for a service. P.S. Cold brew was alright. Good enough to finish"
"I write this review to you, my dear reader, from seat 14C on Delta Airlines flight 1857 to PVR with an Alfred’s iced americano between my thighs and John Fante’s “Ask the Dust” novel between my feet. Oh yeah, I read novels hehe haha :) We are setting off on a family trip to Mexico, giddy as a fat kid about to dive into his first slice of red velvet cake on his birthday, and Alfreds was our first stop. As I was in line, the little bottles of Pinot Noir in the grab n go section were looking at me CRAZY, but at 9am still on US soil I just couldnt bring myself to do it. I mentioned this test from God to my sister in law, and she said I should do it as airports are completely LAWLESS. “No one judges you in an airport, you can drink at anytime, sleep anywhere, completely free of judgement” She’s lowkey so right… but that’s a review for another day. I opted to just get an iced americano, as I cant consume a single calorie until I get my first candid shirtless pics on the beach…I gotta look lean and get my IG bussin to stack these external validation chips!! My brother and dad got the chicken sausage with egg and cheese sandwich, and it looked muy delicioso. They asked if I wanted a bite but I knew that was just another test from God, which I passed. I BLEED DELTA BLUE! IG @jnov_ Tiktok @jnov__"
"Terminal 3 really stepped it up here — having Alfred Coffee is really the only consideration for an airport, the caffeine fix is real. Serving coffee at an airport is already one of the tallest orders one can have, incredible demand, extremely low patience quotient, and the team really keep it moving and all together! Loved what was done here with such a tiny space to work out of. And they’ve got beer and wine!!"
"The gentleman making the coffee is very kind. He is so much nicer than the cashier. He sees I’m waiting but not being helped and kindly took my order in. The coffee is awesome, I would say better than Philz Coffee. Thank you!"
"Ordered the "world famous vanilla latte," and it was absolutely horrible! First came out all milk and sugar. They literally forgot to put any espresso in it.... Then they just dumped some of it out and put a splash of coffee in instead of making a new one? Then, I had to go back l a second time asking for more espresso because it was still all milk... oy vey The positives were that the bagels and cream cheese were good. But other than that, I'd suggest saving your money!"
