"Scheduled an appointment on the app so when I went in I wouldn't have to wait, then found out it got kicked off from the list because I took too long. So I then have to redo the check in and after all of that after about 15 minutes of waiting a guy walks in and checks in on the machine and almost instantly the stylist calls him. I used to be a frequent customer but will never be going back. The last few times I went I waited over an hour and that's why I wanted to use the app to check in."
"Very friendly people. Only one problem I've ever had. One of the hair dressers bumped my 3 yr old grandson. He was next in line and she got the guy after him because he requested her. My grandson never causes a problem. He sits the still and never cries or even talks while they cut his hair. Just didn't appreciate that he got bumped out of his spot. They always do a great job cutting his hair."
