"Shop could be one of the best in town. This would have been my second visit. The issue with this place is the staff is slow. No haircut should take an hour for a man sorry. You got customers walking out due to waiting to long. If your all types of hair then get staff that speak good English as well. Having to use Google translate is wild."

"Same experience as some others with communication difficulties. The shop is really nice, all the hallmarks of a top-notch barber shop. Legit chairs and equipment and someone spent a bunch of money to get this place set up. I was surprised to find an available appointment right after work and gave it a shot. Came away with a nice tight fade around the ears and neck, but the top and back were a mess. Had to wear a hat the next day and get it fixed at another shop. Hopefully they can get it sorted and provide more variety and clarity on what the client is trying to achieve. Expensive mistake."

"This was one of the best haircuts I've ever received in Knoxville after living here my whole life. They cut black hair excellently. I have locs on top and a fade on the sides and he did a great job cleaning up the sides without cutting any of my locs. The lineup and beard work was incredible as well! Very professional, super clean shop, and got me in and out quickly. I'm definitely going back!"

"Do not go here. I’m new to the area and decided to come here because they had availability. Asked for a textured fringe and mid taper. I did not get any of those. In fact the guy couldn’t understand what I was saying. I even showed him a picture. I should’ve known to walk back out when I saw no one was in there. But I will never be back to this establishment"

"Excellent. The staff really took care of me and I showed them a sample pic and with a quick glance he knew exactly what to do. The woman who spoke mostly Spanish was incredible at her craft, really methodically did a top pro job, and Chris did my beard and neck. Will go to them again. The price was super reasonable as well. The shop is new and I’m looking forward to seeing them get more and more business. This was my first visit."
