"Waited 2 weeks for a scheduled haircut for me and my 2 boys prepaid. Showed him a picture of front back and sides gave me a high in tight no fade. We have to go somewhere else and get it cut now. I'm wearing hat to cover until then.looks like a bowl cut with no fade or hair in the back. My other 2 sons haircuts by the same person was horrible as well. I don't know what his problem was that day but he lost 3 customers. I wouldn't advise going there unless you want whatever he decides to give you. Ridiculous prices as well. Go somewhere else."

"Just a wonderful barbershop. I was extraordinarily impressed by the quality and skill. Down to earth, good people. I’ve personally never had a better haircut. If you have a beard that you care about, you should do yourself a favor and start going to Bolts. Can you find a cookie cutter, one size fits all place to have your beard cut that might be a few dollars cheaper? Probably! But, why would you go? There’s a reason you don’t trust fiffy lube to change your oil. Is it cheaper? Yes. Can you rest easy knowing it will be done right? No. If you don’t care about your car or the oil filter falling off as you drive down the road spraying oil everywhere ultimately causing massive engine failure, fiffy lube is a fine place. But if you have any self respect for your appearance, try Bolts. To be straight up, the time, skill, and effort they put into a haircut… they should probably charge more."

"Great barber, great atmosphere. It's about time oak ridge got a legit barber shop here. Well, see, I guess time changes all things. Faithfully came here for a few months to try out a local shop. Have to say cut quality and atmosphere, both checked. However... Pre-paying for a $72 haircut and beard trim including tip, is a bit much. Top that with the owner canceling your cut, 2 hours before time to sit in the chair, because of "inclement weather" when I had spent the last 3 days driving to Maryville and back for MY job, makes that sting a little more. Especially when the message you received says "weather permitting we will contact you" to reschedule. Then, 2 weeks later you have to message that number back and ask for a refund because they still haven't contacted you to reschedule... Well... That's how a business loses a 5 star rating, a customer, and all future business from someone."

"Went in for the first time. Didn't know what to expect. Loved the atmosphere! Kids and adults getting their hair cuts. This was the best experience I've had at a barber shop ever. I've been going to the chain shops. They just don't compare. Spend a few extra bucks and you will understand how much it is worth it."
