"This is a great coffee shop / cafe we found in Ventura, CA. The staff was super friendly, and the food and pastry offerings were top-notch. The coffee was so good that we found ourselves going there almost every morning during our 3 week stay in Ventura. The shop is easy to find with plenty of street parking nearby. Also, there is plenty of seating inside and patio seating outside."

Avocado toast has become a staple in many cafes, and Cafe Ficelle certainly lives up to the expectations. The toast was likely made with high-quality bread, toasted to perfection, and topped with ripe avocado."

"Oh boy, this place is definitely making it harder for me to lose those extra pounds. Fantastic pasties and bread. Great coffee and friendly staff. Their meals are also hardy and full of flavor. My only issue with this place is all the broken plates and chipped mugs. Every time I go there (which is often) I always get something broken. For as much as you spend, this place should be mindful of what they are sending out. Especially since this place seems to pride itself on quality. There's nothing that ruins a presentation of beautiful food than a cracked or chipped dish. It's all part of the experience. Other than that, this place is consistent with their food.
