"I recently went in to try this place as I’ve heard good things. I received a coupon and when I tried to use it the cashier was kind of passive aggressive and ultimately just ended up saying she couldn’t use it but had no valid reason. Like if I’m sent a coupon from presto pasta why can’t you honor it for a customer. Then when we sat down the waiter came and brought our food. We had started to eat as we waited for our missing items and he came back and said there was a mistake and our food would be coming out shortly. He then proceeded to take the food from us which we were already eating and was the same as our actual order. I thought it was very rude because why take the food from us if we’re eating it and you’re probably just gonna throw it away anyway. I understand if they made a mistake but I don’t understand why they did this. So my experience at the Ventura Presto Pasta was very disappointing and both employees were rude."

"This was the worst pasta and meal I've had in YEARS. Everything was bland and even the garlic bread is only toasted and flavored on one side. Such a disappointing meal and I was really hungry too. Service was good though."

"The most awful shrimp scampi pasta. The shrimps were old. The sauce was awful. It was my first time dining there and will be the last time. This place is a disgrace to Italian food. Over priced for quality and quantity. I cannot describe my disappointment."

"My brother and I stopped in for a fantastic lasagne dinner. The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. We were both very pleased with our meal and the service. Great place to try in Ventura!"

"Descent, affordable, fast Italian food. Service was excellent. I had the combo platter with meat lasagna (tasty), chicken piccata (a bit watery and soggy, but flavorful), spaghetti with meat sauce (substituted for fettuccine Alfredo, which was good), minestrone soup (a bit salty, but good flavor), garlic bread (ok), and a beverage. All for just over $13. Oh and they had freshly grated Parmesan, which was nice."
