"I took a pair of pants to get them tailored by the lady who does the tailoring and I had to wait until I received service. Upon arrival they did not acknowledge my presence because they were too busy chitchatting (both employees). When I finally received service the lady that does the tailoring extended her hand as kept with her conversation, and I handed her my pants.She finally ended her conversation and told me that there’s no way she could do work on the pants bc of the material. She said everything with a condescending tone and attitude and told me she’d try her best. She did not take my measurements, so when I received the final work my pants did not fit. I was livid bc they were brand new and she messed them up and fit two sizes too small.Long story short, the tailoring there is disgraceful and the customer service a joke. If you’re thinking of getting your clothes there tailored think twice because it might cost you more than you bargained for. La señora que hace el arreglamento de ropa, iso un mal trabajo en mi pantalon. Me quedaba bien y cuando me lo quise poner cuando me lo regreso lla no me quedaba. Y era pantalon nuevo. No sabe coser lleba tu ropa a otro lugar.Tambien no dan bueno servicio al cliente."

I took in a brand new pair of $150 Levi 501 Selvedge Denim jeans with all the tags still on them to get tapered and they cut off my selvedge lining the thing that anyone with any common knowledge about denim knows separates a $40 pair of jeans from a $150 pair of jeans and in the end they refused to give me a refund"
