"I remember hearing somewhere that they went under new ownership, though I don’t know if this is true. Either way, their recipes changed. This really pains me because this used to be one of my favorite pizza places. Honestly? Just order anything here without cheese if you plan to purchase food from here. The cheese is extremely oily and greasy, and the pizzas are soggy and soaked orange."

"I want to love this place. The pizza has the potential to be the best around because of the flavor and ingredients. Unfortunately, every time we have ordered our pizza has been under cooked. The pizza is wet and soggy in the middle *except for the plain cheese. I just can't do the expense of its going to be poorly cooked. It's too expensive to take the gamble."

"We’ve honestly tried this place a number of times, especially since it is a small chain business, and we have had issues every…single…time. A few examples: -Ordered through DoorDash for pickup only to find they didn’t even realize they had the order and had to wait at the place for over half an hour even though the app said it was ready for pickup. Bad look when there is one guy in the back is frantically working to make pizza but the other staff are hanging out on their phones. -Ordered on the website for delivery for the food to get delivered more than 90 minutes past the projected delivery time. Had to call multiple times to figure out what was going on with the person on the phone giving me random incorrect guesses on time and “accidentally” hanging up on me twice. -Ordered through the website, said it’ll be done in 15 minutes for pickup. No confirmation email. When I called to confirm if they got it, I had to prod to figure out how long it’d take to pick up and was told to wait another 40 minutes. Took over an hr after it was all said and done. Again made us feel like a nuisance for even asking. This is how a business steadily tarnishes their reputation and lose customers. Maybe they are busy because there is low density of local pizza places and can get away with these issues. Well good thing that is changing. More pizza places are available in the area. Suggest you order elsewhere."

"Ordered a pizza to be delivered. After an hour of waiting we called and asked when the delivery would be. The woman who answered the phone said disinterested "half hour, hour. I don't know, we're busy". Since my family is hungry I drive over to pick it up. Because I did this I wanted my delivery fee and driver tip refunded. They said they couldn't do that and I would have to wait for it to be credited back to my card. After two weeks of no refund they agreed to give me cash but I had to go back to the place. The woman I spoke to on the phone and the manager acted like I was a nuisance and not a customer they failed. It should have ended with an apology and my small refund for services they did not provide. Fast and easy. Instead it became a stressful hassle with a pizzeria for $6 lousy bucks. I've been going to various ameci pizzas for about 30 years now since I was a kid. No more. If you do eat here do everything in cash or a delivery app to protect yourself. Do not use their website."
