"They Gave my burrito away to another person. When i asked why i had to pay for someone else’s bowl they stated that it was mine despite them making my burrito in front of me ten seconds ago. After i settled that confusion they offered to remake the burrito. All fine. However when they remade my burrito they put no rice on it, like at all, there was little beans and meat too. They gave me a tortilla with about 7 beans and and 5 pieces of chicken covered in cheese"

"If I could out no stars I would. The worse experience I had at a Chipotle. Ordered food online said it would be ready around 745pm. I asked how long will it take they said it will be 15-20 mins because on orders backed up. I understand that but after waiting 30 mins I asked again and they said 15-20 mins again. I told them I waited 30 mins the last time they said that. But I waited again and still my food wasn't ready. I counted at least 50 to 60 people came in and ordered before I even got my food. You had employees on the main line have no one in line and just standing there when they could be helping out the online orders. Once I got my food I checked it and my whole order was wrong and way under portioned for what I'm paying them for. One I ordered extra chicken and usually I always see the extra chicken but when I opened it. They were hardly any in my bowl. Another one looked like it was going to feed a bird instead of an adult. Pictures added as proof. THIS CHIPOTLE NEEDS TO CLOSE, REGROUP, AND PRACTICE MORE."
