"Hours state they are open until 10:00pm both on the storefront and online, yet at 815pm the doors were locked. Whoever the store manager is needs to go back to basic training. 1 star. Poorly committed poorly managed"
"TLDR; Music was really loud and it was hard to work there. Other than that, Starbucks food/drinks were great. I come down to CA every now and then and have to work from STBX. Usually it's a great atmosphere to work in but this location, for some reason, always has their music very loud and makes it difficult to concentrate. Whenever I'm in a meeting on my laptop, my coworkers make joke saying that I'm at a rave again."
"They remember familiar faces feels like a home atmosphere all the employees go out there way to make sure your happy. Even when busy and under stress they don't break!!"
"Good location and friendly staff. Not sure on how I feel about them not being able to give out any cups of water, even to paying customers. Especially when the temperature is in the 90s, that’s probably not the best business move. Trash was also very much over flowing by the door which made a lovely home for the flies that were in the store. They may need to get those fly fans checked because it doesn’t look like they are working."
"Decent service but sometimes they got a lot orders messed up! They are next to a Jack in the Box and it's in a great convenient location. The place is actually really nice inside with decent amount of seating."
