Talk about you behind the glass when you’re present and can hear. Nothing is their problem. You are not the important customer. If they don’t fit correctly good luck. You’ll be waiting cause they have no staff. Super unprofessional and not empathetic"

"Found this store looking for a place to have custom made shoes (boots) made because all the places around my area have closed. Lila and staff are very nice and helpful. Lila made the cast of my feet and did an excellent job. She knows what she is doing and seems to enjoy what she does."

"First of all I would rate them a -5 if possible. Worst service I have ever dealt with. You can't get them to answer the phone or call you back. Been waiting over 5months to get diabetic shoes and orthotics. Still no shoes, they have sent the wrong kind and size twice. They say they will be here in 7-10 days, 20 business days later no shoes. No one calls to check on them or calls you to let you know what is going on. I finally told them to forget it, I will buy my shoes elsewhere and come into pick up my orthotics. You need a appointment to come in. I had to make a appointment three days later to walk in so they can hand me my orthotics so I could leave. This place has been the most unprofessional, non caring place I have ever seen. I will never do business with them again. I don't know how they stay in business."

Murphy's contact my doctors few months to say that its "JUST" one more paper that we need, for the last 2 1/2 years,and Not one call to say anything ever. Now going into the 3rd year I told them NO Thanks! IDK WHAT KEEBLER COBBLER ELF'S they have carving my shoes but this is UNACCEPTABLE ! ! !"
