"Good afternoon, I'm going to preference by saying I was agitated today during my visit today regarding attempting a return. I didn't use any profanity during my visit. With that being said Express has a return policy stating to leave all of the tags present or you cannot return/exchange. This information was presented to me during the initial purchase. On their website it stated "certain" items and not all. The manager was very rude and not helpful. The other agent showed gratitude even though she had to take direction from her manager. Express just lost a customer due to this experience. Been to other retailers and never heard of a policy like this one."

"This place sets a new standard of excellence for clothing stores statewide. One of the employees, Chad, was very helpful from the moment of arrival. Felicia and Micheal were so kind and even gave me a student discount AND an additional discount for the item I purchased. I don’t shop at name brand store ordinarily as I don’t like to support major corporations but I decided to stop in today just to take a look as I was looking for something very specific. Thanks to Express I was able to find just what I needed. Every one of the Express employees went above and beyond for me. I will definitely be coming back.I’m not sure if they are hiring or not but if you’re interested please reach out. You won’t be sorry being a part of such an extraordinary and people-oriented workplace."

"The employees are not helpful at all. They’re not even friendly. They didn’t greet me or ask if they could help. They never said a word to me. However, they seemed to be having a good time with each other. The clothing is pretty replaceable at any other store- so there’s no need to return if customer service isn’t prioritized."
