"Not happy. I’ve had my hair cut here several times with good results. Not this time. I told the male stylist (I didn’t get his name) how I wanted my hair cut, and he seemed not to have a clue. After a few minutes he said he was done and showed my cut in a mirror. Of course my hair was soaking wet and I couldn’t tell what it really looked like. After I got home and it dried, I saw what a hack lob it was."

"First of all, it was worst experience Ever!! The guy hairstylist I told how to do my hair, and he looked at me and gave a judgmental look like I don’t know how I want my hair done and that pissed me off!!!! What is up with this location, and hiring employees that don’t how to do their job, I had an hairstylist before this guy and she was good at doing my hair even she tried but find out before I schedule the next appointment that just shows nobody wants to work there! And it takes forever on and on!!! Just to get my haircut it’s ridiculous, I’m done with this and y’all are loosing my business as a client. You must not know how to cut hair cause, every time u don’t listen you do the opposite of what I want I get a stupid high and tight!! Im so freakin pissed !! I just moved here from out of state and it so stupid how inconsistent with getting hair people and having some clients with coming and leaving!!!"
