Reviews
"10/10 recommend Salon Blonde. Over the years I’ve used lots of their stylists and they are all amazing and current on all the latest hair trends as they only use best in class products. My stylist, Holly, is the absolute best but I love all of the SB team!"
"Emma is the best hands down, I have been in Tennessee for 3 years now and I have found nothing but horrible hairstylist until now. Emma took the time to make sure I was happy with my new look and she was absolutely a delight. I'm hooked and I have finally found my new Tennessee salon home!!"
"I have debated for weeks on whether or not to write a review, but I think it’s only right that I put my experience out there and show that no amount of money makes you the best stylist there is. I won’t put anyone’s name on blast. I will however talk about my experience as a former “associate”. It is very unfair the way the associates are treated. While I fully expected this journey to be a tough one, I did not anticipate being belittled and flat out disrespected by someone who was supposed to be my “educator”. There is a 4-6 month period where you are working under a stylist and they teach you everything about the salon and how you do things their way. What I didn’t know, was that during the 4-6 months you cannot call out even ONCE, not even if your child is sick and you have absolutely no one to watch them. I had no choice but to miss work that day and when I got back the next morning, I was ambushed into a meeting by my educator and for some reason another educator as well. This meeting was them “letting me go” because I missed that day and had asked two days prior what I should do if I’m feeling very sick because my wife had the flu and was told to come in unless I was running a fever so I did go into work on that day and had graduation the next day and then called out the day after graduation. I was told that, because I “tried to call out” because I was feeling sick and my wife had the flu but she didn’t look like she had the flu in my GRADUATION photos that I posted on my social media and I called out for my son being sick, they had planned on letting me go. For the first 4-6 months you’re in a probationary period and you absolutely cannot miss work at all but I was never told in the beginning that even if there’s an emergency you cannot call out for any reason. A higher level stylist cut and colored my hair which you can see in the pictures and I had no idea my haircut was so bad until I flat ironed my hair and one of my good friends pointed out that my hair in the back looked awful. However, since I didn’t notice this right away I showed my gratitude and thanked her I don’t know how many times but I’m a little self conscious about my looks and weight so it was a bit of a change, but I liked it! In my “meeting” with these two educators one looked at the other after saying I was visibly upset about my hair and said, “You know, I was just saying how a while back I had put on some weight and had I cut my hair that short I probably wouldn’t like it” “so maybe that’s what was wrong” This upset me so bad and I felt like they were just reaching for reasons to not keep me in the salon because I didn’t fit their “standards”. And no, this is not every stylist there. I had the pleasure of working with some very sweet and talented stylists. But some of them have let the money get to their head or something. I was also told that I wouldn’t be that successful anywhere else and was constantly reminded about just how much money some of them make. It’s just not the way I was raised. I wasn’t raised to treat people in such a way that makes them feel like less of a person. I understand being professional and looking the part, but there is no reason to treat brand new stylists like they’re not as good as you. I’m thankful for everything I learned and was taught, whether that be things that I can work on and get better at, or things I shouldn’t do (as far as treating others). I came out of school knowing that I may not find my forever salon right away, but I definitely was not prepared to be treated this way. I’m so disappointed, but forever thankful that I didn’t waste anymore time not being recognized and also being scrutinized for things that were being made up about me."
"I had Adrianna and to say I’m in love is an understatement. She was so patient and gave honest feedback about my questions. She gave me what I wanted. I will definitely be back!"
"I have not been to a salon since around 2020 because of bad experience, so I came here and it was the best decision ever! Modesty did a fantastic job and made me look better than ever. The salon was also such a safe place and the atmosphere was so positive! I will 100% always go here!!!"
