"I had the chance to visit this week. This was my third time there. The barber did a great job with my hair. One of my best cuts to date. But...... it seemed that the young men that worked there could use some professionalism training. At one point another barber stole my barbers phone and cussing started. I was near the back of the store and could here the young men/boys talking/playing. It reminded me a bit of a high school locker room. Lastly, as I went to pay a few of the barbers walked up to see how much I tipped. I got several eye rolls when I only left a 20 percent tip. It seems this place could use a mature leader to help them all grow."

"Our barber Tony at the coolsprings location NEVER disappoints! My oldest son loves going to him. This is the first time we have found someone to do exactly what we want! Always fresh and crispy! He just cut little brothers hair also for his very first haircut. It looks great! He even bagged up his curls for me and let me take them home. Also had a treat for my son at his station afterwards! Although I’m sure the other barbers are awesome, we won’t be getting cut by anyone else. Thank you to Tony for making my kids haircut an easy experience, and making them love coming to the barber!"

"We have been traveling an hour for several months to get my sons haircut here and for the most part they have done a good job. Today on the other hand was awful. My instructions were use a 3 guard on the sides and take an inch an half off the top. The guy thinned my sons hair to the extreme and game him a whole new set of side burns that are completely uneven. Tony tried to help the best he could. Even with the issues, I still paid full price for the cut and I even left a tip.Thankfully hair grows back but I can’t promise we will continue to come back after this one."
