"What I could guess, store is being run by teenage interns on summer break. Busy chit-chatting behind the counter, in front of the customers. Failed to guide me when I was standing in front of them for merchandise checkout. Caused me to loose my place in the line. When brought it to their attention, hardly showed any professionalism in handling the situation. Surprised to see good reviews by other patrons about the customer service here. Customer demographic may play a role. Hope the regular or other employees at the location may provide better experience for adults and elderly. Merchandise is reasonable. 50% Father’s Day sale on select items is a good deal at present (June 16 ’23)."

"Terrible employee’s, the clothes weren’t even folded and when I began trying on a sweatshirt something scratch’d me in the back it was a clothes pin used for the mannequin instead of the actual mannequin, and when I was checking out I reported to the “manager” and I use air quotes because she didn’t even care!!! At least give me 10 or 15 percent off!!! I am not happy with this :YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!"

"I like their clothing style and their designs. They don't really rotate their designs often, and some (most of them) have become played out. They're also pretty expensive for their value. I think they have really terrific pants and that if you have a coupon it's worth going."
