"The store itself is decent. They have about 2 million pairs of shoes here, so if you're into Crocs, it's a destination point. The service here was fine and the store was clean. All well and good. The problem, though, is that the shoes aren't really that great. Case in point: bought a pair of Crocs for my son and got them home to Indiana. Thinking they were "ours" now since he was wearing them, we threw away the receipt. And, of course, a day or two later the strap broke while we were out for a walk. Not great! Crocs has a 90-day return policy, but won't replace without a receipt -- this seems to be a hard and fast rule. Their solution was to sell me more Crocs -- at a discount -- but still, more money spent. Why would I want to spend more money on poorly-constructed plastic shoes? If you decide to buy shoes here, keep your receipt."
