"I'm disappointed... I needed to have the outsole of my work boots replaced so I took them to the ONLY boot repair shop I could locate in the area. My boots had not been serviced by the date/time indicated on the ticket (a full week's time) so my wife had to make two trips. When I got home I saw the glue job was sloppy and incomplete. There are gaps that I know will start to separate as soon as I work a day in them. The toes weren't even stitched. No quality in the craftsmanship."

"I brought a pair of genuine leather shoes to him that needed the sole reattached. I was scheduled to pick them up 3 days later by his word, and they hadn’t been touched. He told me to come back the next day and I picked them up. He clearly just used super glue and pressed them together. There is still a lot of gapping I feel they won’t last a day of wear. He also got super glue all over the leather. Extremely disappointed."
