"This place is very unprofessional. a man named alexander who works there was very rude and disrespectful and has absolutely so manners he was screaming very rudely and caused alot of stress and overwhelming emotions and im very upset that this is the kind of people they have working here!! non acceptable behavior and the environment they have set there. i am utterly disappointed that my friend had to experience this awful experience. i will not be coming back here and never buying from this place again!! and last time i came these people got my order wrong and i felt very sick to my stomach!! and the staff crew handled it very poorly. dont come here find a better place to eat very recommend you eat some place else.!!"

"I was shopping around and saw that this Wingstop had opened up. I was hungry and decided to give it a shot. The cashier listed on the receipt is Evanny. She came to the cash register and proceeded to stare at me blankly without properly greeting me. She clearly wasn't going to say hi and ask how she could help me, so I had to do her job for her. I told her that I wanted an 8-piece cajun. Initially, I got no response. There was no, "I'm sorry, I need a second for the register to wake up," or anything of the sort. Eventually, she asks me for my order as if I didn't already tell her. I tell her my order again, it gets put in this time, I giver her my money, and then, perhaps not so surprisingly, she appears to struggle a bit counting my change. After I get my change, receipt, and fill my drink, I sit down. Not long after I sit down, anew customer comes in and receives a proper greeting. Selectively greeting customers and choosing who you're welcoming to is unacceptable, especially in customer service. It takes far more effort to decide to be rude to customers than it does to just be nice to everyone. I get my food after about 5 or so minutes. Evanny calls out the name for the order, but offers no "Thank you. Have a nice day! Enjoy!" or anything of the sort. To top it all off, the fries were practically cold and the wings were both soggy and of an inconsistently temperature. This wasn't after I got home either, it was when I got back to my car, which was no more than a minute walk. Suffice to say, I won't be going back, especially not when you consider the fact that the total was just under $18. Atrocious service and quality all around. Clearly, they're in desperate need of a proper manager."
