"what's up with you guys keep raising the price of soda by $0.10 every week? I mean like 2 months ago it was a dollar now it's $1.89 I get the 25¢ tax. first, you messed up adding the $0.25 the original price and it didn't separate that it was tax. then it said $0.25 was the tax and it still was $1.25 and tax! y'all are milking the tax now! then $1.50 plus tax. now it's $1.60 plus tax? ya figured let's see if they'll pay we did at "McDonald's give an inch. take a mile"! you guys don't even have self-serve soda anymore. like where are you losing money?!"

"If that was the new Big Mac then I'm not impressed. The meat was as thin as box cardboard. Maybe it is just this location but even the fries were bad. Limp, not very warm, and under cooked. The kiosk to order is also an example of poor user interface design."

"Guilty pleasure once in a long while. McDonald's changed for the worse over the last couple years like so much else. Ordered the Double Big Mac and I must say it's wasn't half bad. This location gets busy, no drive through but it looked cleanish and the staff were niceish so the whole experience was Okayish."

"Nice to find a delicious meal that has all the familiarity of the other restaurants, tucked into Capitola. Not many fast food places around here, so this one stands out. It's clean and well kept. The staff is helpful; was greeted when walked in. I'm sure at other hours of the day it can be dreadful, but out time dining in was memorable."

"To be fair this review is after a stop at 10PM after a long flight. Kiosks were the only thing available in the begining but the touch screen was not working. The staff seemed to notice but did not intervene. Only after 5 or so attempts to make it work we went to the cashier location and waited for someone to assist us. The staff was not warm and inviting but understandable that late at night. After receiving our food I needed to use the restroom. Restrooms at McDonald's are notoriously bad but this was abysmal. There were paper products in the urinal, floors were filthy and the bathroom reeked of feces and urine. There was a trashcan next to the toilet and it was full almost spilling over with toilet paper that had fecal matter on it. I understand this is something that Mexicans or Hispanics are used to doing in their country because of the sewer systems. I worked at several companies that provided trash cans for this exact reason, as flushing toilet paper is something they are not accustomed to doing. That being said you would still maintain it frequently as to not make others using the facilities uncomfortable. The places I worked for would empty them sometimes multiple times a day. When I attempted to use the restroom I noticed it was out of toilet paper. I went to the front and informed the gentleman at the register. I also told him that the restroom needed attention. He became frustrated, mumbled something and walked away. I had to wait 5 minutes for him to reappear with a roll of toilet paper, he proceeded to go in the restroom and spent all of 15 seconds inside. Hurried back behind the counter not making eye contact or saying anything to me. I waited a few more minutes before realizing he was done. I went in and he had put the toilet paper on top of the dispenser not installing it inside. The food was standard McDonald's food but definitely rushed and was warm not hot when it came out. Factoring in the service we received with the ok food I could not rate it higher. Overall the service was horrible even for McDonald's, after a long flight with little to nothing open and a long road trip ahead this was not a great experience."
