"We tried the Roopam in Berkley because the Roopam in Sacramento was awful in terms of customer service. Unfortunately it looks like they have the same problem in Berkley. They refused to open up any lenghas for us and told us to come back when the wedding is 2 months away. Again, who shops for their wedding outfits with only 2 months of time left? They were also extremely rude to my Mom, who was simply asking for more design examples. I would advise against going here unless you know exactly what you want, otherwise the staff will be too lazy to show you around."
