"Pathetic service. An old female staff was rushing me into buying. She didn't have good customer service skills and patience to let me choose what I was looking for. The shop wasn't even busy that she was rushing me. There was only 1 other customer. She was very mean and nasty. The other Hispanic staff were unfriendly and rude too. They have lost a customer. I would not recommend anyone to go there."

"Fantastic service, reasonable prices. Found a guest outfit for a wedding that is light fabric, great for with no need for tailoring, and a design that suits me. I couldn't have done it without a lady who helped me. She also matched amazing bangles."

"I love Sari Palace!! I got my wedding lehenga here and everyone who works here is so nice and accommodating and helpful! I needed to get it tailored a couple of times and it was not a problem. The lehenga was absolutely gorgeous, a reasonable price, and good quality. I ended up getting both my bridesmaids lehengas from them as well as well as outfits for my entire family! My husband got his shoes from the Artesia location, and I also got my jewelry from there as well. Everything here is such high quality so it may cost a little more but it is worth it trust me!
