"Carolina Herrera exploits models as unpaid labor. Other (male) reviews mention how a lady modeled a purse or jewelry for them so they could see how it looked on a woman….with four figure price points, surely everyone involved is well taken care of, right? Wrong. These models are asked to come in for “VIP clients” to model and then—even though there are strict labor laws in California re: minimum wage etc.—Caroline Herrera pays them *nothing* and then sells you a $4-7k product (or did the unpaid model sell you on it?). People tip workers whose hourly pay is not sufficient to “make up for it”. Next time you are in store and something is modeled for you, you could ask the sales associate if they are going to pay the model or if they expect you to tip? At least insist the model get commission if you buy whatever was modeled for you. It’s 2023 and we’re in America but companies without morals still shamelessly exploit."

"Love this place I came here on a Sunday the 24 of Jan and it was a rainy day by the way, I appreciate the service and care they gave me specially the salesperson Roberto Arras he was outstanding and patient and attentive for what I was looking for and interested in showed me some purses and had a assistance modeling the purses seeing the way they can look on a woman which that was a bonus that way I could have in mind how nice the handbag is seen on a woman, even with the jewelry the same way as well which really pleased my visit here and appreciated the time and care that was given to me and my brother which at the end I ended getting some jewelry for my fiance that was the perfect valentine's gift for her she loved them so much. I highly recommend this boutique I'll rated as a 10 star if possible. Thank you so much Roberto Arras I'll be shopping again in the future at this boutique."

"I never write reviews but I thought I’d do the public a service by letting them know how deceptive their sales techniques are. I purchased something which I was highly pressured into. I felt duped so I went into the boutique the very next day. They had the audacity to ask me why I changed my mind and looked upset when I told them. They said they can’t issue me a refund because it was on sale. They never disclosed that to me when I bought it. I accepted the situation and they handed me a paper over with a credit AND a time limit of one year. Save your time and go into one of the many other beautiful boutiques that line the street."
