"I ordered drive through and got home only to realize they didn't give my my sandwich. That I paid for. There was only fries in the bag. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. This shows me the owner clearly does not care and scams their customers. I hope your business closes down and you go bankrupt. You are a disgrace upon every working American."

"The arby's sauce as well as 3 pepper sauce is fantastic! The French fries are the best I've ever had. The cashiers are quick and polite and seem to take care of the guests needs promptly. I was very impressed. Did I mention the place is also very clean. Excellent !!!"

"X-mas morning at 12:45 AM I needed food. Being the first and only one standing in line of myself; was noticed by someone whom asked me unfriendly, “what do you want?” ( that kinda killed my appetite but stupid stomach still needed fuel in it) I told this slow fat lady (sorry, the management/ owner should get the description) that I wanted menu #11 just the sandwich. Crickets …, she warmed up the food, packed it without even asking if I needed any sauce or dressing with it. I just asked her if I could get a pack of Ranch dressing. She threw it in the bag with my “gyro” and asked me if I was paying with cash or credit?!! I paid with card. Just paused for a second and thought hmmm unhappy people are still allowed to work?? Imagine food taste after this attitude??!!?? Management: please advise your staff to treat customers with courtesy and respect regardless of their faith, color, ethnicity or religion. Much appreciated."

"While the food comes very quickly (less than three minutes, was finished before I picked my drink), the food itself was pretty bland and didn't taste great, especially for the price. If all you care about is meat, I do recommend getting the nuggets, but everything is overpriced. Still giving it two stars instead of one, because if I am in a hurry I can count on them being quick. That said, I'd get my food faster and cheaper at a gas station, and it will taste better than this."

"Nice, clean, fast food restaurant. Food was good (for fast food). Service was excellent (quick and friendly). We were very happy with our visit. (We wish they'd open more Arby's restaurants rather than closing them. There's only one Arby's left in the Bay Area, which is in Sunnyvale.)"
