"Yeah, Redwings are expensive but they're good long lasting boots. As long as you have them and being able to take them back for conditioning service and new shoe laces is a great customer service."
"Great salespeople and a wonderful experience all around, I will be happily returning after I wear down my Irish setter boots. Edit to 2 stars: I was sold a pair of Irish setter boots on the premise that they were capable off road, in dirt and forest conditions, and after paying over $300 and using my boots for a month, I have learned the boots I was sold were for indoor hard floor contractors. Had quite a few nasty spills in the field because I can't afford another new pair of boots now and the ones I was sold were not to the standard I wanted."
"Mark is an exceptional worker and customer service cannot get any better ! I absolutely appreciate this gentleman’s hard work and he’s Genuinely honest and upfront. Great products, definitely checking out !"
"Bought a $230 pair of boots and the rubber sole started falling apart on both boots within 2 weeks of use. I brought them back to the store but was told that it was normal wear and tear for shoveling dirt. I would recommend staying away from redwing if your going to do some actual work. I went back to my old cheap boots and they are still holding up after a year of use."
