"Purchase a bathroom faucet set from this place which was supposed to be brand new! Upon opening the book I noticed the parts looked used and were just thrown in the box like if someone had returned what didn’t fit on they’re sink! Now I have to wait a week to hopefully receive a BRAND NEW faucet set! DO BETTER LOWES!!!!!! -5 stars!"
"As a along time customer of Home Depot, I recently moved close to your store in the Spanos Center and decided to give it a try. I was in the market for about $500.00 of various construction supplies. On arrival I went directly to the paint department and no one was there to help. I went to the customer service desk and they called for someone to assist me. After about 15 minutes later a representative arrived and was able to help. While waiting for my paint to be mixed I went to the electrical department to purchase supplies, no one was there to help. I went to the customer service department and was told there was a button to push to get service. I went back to the electrical department and after spending time trying to find the very poorly marked button and pushed it. A message came back saying no one was available. I then went and loaded up 4 panels of plywood, 5 2x4s and about 200ft of trim. I then went back to the electrical department, pushed the button and again no one available. I picked out what I could without someone to open up the locked materials and went back and picked up my paint. I then went back to the lumber department to have my plywood panels cut down. On arrival at the panel saw I found two Lowe's representative standing and talking. They failed to acknowledge my presence so I asked directly for help cutting the plywood, I was then told (in what i perceived to be a VERY condescending and indifferent tone) that they would not be cutting wood today. I then told him to find someone to restock the items I had selected and went to the front desk, reported my concerns and left to go to Home Depot. Guess where I will never shop again."
"Save yourself the headache and buy your appliances somewhere else. No one has the right information and every single person will give you a different answer to the same question. Horrible experience and I would rather pay a little more than deal with such incompetence and lack of customer support."
"I'm giving this store a five-star rating because of an employee named Tonessia ( ?so). It was 8:30 at night and I came in to look for a refrigerator and a couple other items. I didn't see a mobility scooter and asked her if they were in another part of the store. She said they were probably out in the parking lot which turned out to be true. She paged, paged, pages, on radios for an employee to go get them. No one showed up even though I saw three employees at the entrance customer service desk, they peaked around the corner and after seeing who was calling they went back to their group discussion. I wanted to leave and just make it a quick trip but she insisted that I wait. A young man did finally go get a mobility scooter. She went above and beyond for customer service. So I went back to appliances, looked around and around and no one was there, finally I gave up and left. If it had not been for her I would not have given this store a high rating. They did hire a caring customer service person. She needs to be made a lead front end manager, etc. She sticks to details until it's resolved. When I did purchase from garden I did go back to her so I can deliberately give a customer service rating from the receipt. I hope she receives recognition for her standing work. The others need to be told to not stand around in a group visiting when customers still need service"
"I like this Lowe’s because somehow I’m always able to get in & out in 5 to 10 minutes. Finding what I’m looking for never seems difficult. If I have more time, I wonder aisle to aisle getting inspired. Checking out is always quick."
