"I bought a new 75" Samsung TV from Best Buy 27 days ago. The sound went out. Best Buy has no recourse because I did not purchase an extended warranty or geek squad services. I should have bought the same TV from Costco because they would have taken the TV back for a replacement. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY."

"Cant ever go wrong with Best Buy, almost has all my needs for PC, Gaming, and Appliances. Security at the door so I'm always feeling safe shopping. I do recommend checking on google when its busy hours, lines do get long to purchase items. Staff are very helpful, haven't ran into 1 bad egg yet."

"I went to Best buy to purchase a new stereo for my truck. My trip was pretty quick and eventful in that I left the store with what I needed. When the sales person asked me what I was looking for in a stereo, I had my list ready, and told him my requirements for the stereo. The sales person put me with a stereo that met all of my needs. The service was great, and his knowledge of the different functions on each unit made it no more than a 5 minute process to get the stereo that matched my needs. I recommend this store through my experience and hope that the respect and courtesy I was afforded runs throughout most of the other employees as well."

"Just went to pay on my card it's 10 30 am so I know shifts just started but the cashier lady was do rude, very short I think that's why best buy is probably on its last leg. Best buy..customer service. Please find workers that want to be at work I will not be shopping here anymore"
